Qwest Communications convieniently "lost" my last payment, and decided to shut down my service for lack of payment. It took them all of 10 minutes to "find" it, telling me it wasn't all that lost to begin with. But in the meantime, I havn't had internet service for 2 weeks!
I'm not paying for a full month of service when I didn't have service from the 7th til the 22nd.
I'm not paying for this new modem they forced us to get since a lapse in service caused our old one to be useless, since it was programmed to the old account.
